Our Process:

Step 1:
Gather details

I will send a questionnaire over to gather wedding details in order to help me understand the vision you are hoping to achieve! This includes general info and logistics such as:

  • Date & location

  • Amount of designs needed for reception, ceremony, etc.  

  • Color palette & inspo

  • Budget range $$$

Once your questionnaire is complete, I will review the details and send an estimated investment range based on your vision and needs.

Step 2:
Review proposal

If the proposed budget aligns and we feel like a great fit, I will curate a detailed floral proposal. This proposal will break down your designs into three categories — ceremony, reception, and personal florals — outlining specific pieces, quantities, and a clear cost breakdown for each.

I love connecting with my clients, so we will schedule a time to review the proposal together — either in person (for those local to the 209 area) or via Zoom. During this meeting, we’ll refine details and ensure everything feels aligned!

Once finalized, your contract will be sent digitally through HoneyBook. A signed agreement along with a non-refundable $500 retainer officially secures your date and reserves your spot on my calendar.

Step 3:
Final touches

The next steps are simple. I’ll begin sourcing and ordering flowers, vessels, and any additional elements needed to bring your vision to life! While planning is ongoing behind the scenes, the majority of design preparation begins about 8 weeks prior to your wedding or event.

Around that time, I’ll reach out to schedule a final follow-up call or in-person meeting. During this check-in, we’ll confirm that all floral designs and styles still align with your vision and review the timeline for the day to ensure everything flows seamlessly.

On your wedding day, I will handle setup according to your preferences and typically coordinate directly with your planner or venue team regarding installation and breakdown timing. All of these final logistics will be confirmed during our 8-week check-in so you can feel completely confident and cared for.
